Your Case Officer will organise appointments for you to talk to your solicitor and keep you up-to-date on progress. Mostly, it's handled by e-mail. But when we need your signature on a document, we'll send it out to you by secure post.

As your case progresses, you can check it online as often as you wish, using your unique PIN number. The entire system is designed to be totally confidential.
